Bytomic has been in the distribution industry for over 15 years, experiencing year on year growth.
Historically we have shared information with businesses we supply in our niche sectors to help them grow their own businesses. Our rationale for that decision was quite simple: help them grow and we grow!
The more effective our customers could be at selling products the more our distribution business would grow. Over the last few years this informal help has become more formal in terms of the resources at our disposal and the hands on knowledge we had gained in helping develop other businesses besides our own.
Consultancy seemed an obvious next step and this continued until we realised that there must be yet another step, another way we could help other businesses.
A few years ago we began to Coach other businesses. Having had (and still do have) our own business coaches we realised how extra ordinarily powerful Business Coaching can be.
Through continuous education and development and sourcing experienced coaches we have been able to develop our Coaching practice into one that can deliver both Life Coaching and Business Coaching Programs. We can accommodate the needs of the individual as well as small to medium sized businesses and deliver proven systems that work in the real world.
